Anxiety can be difficult enough. I want to make sure that you start your journey on the right path. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where you can learn more about me as a provider and ask questions to determine if I am a good fit for you.

The intake session allows me to learn more about you, your history and what is bringing you into treatment. It also gives me the opportunity to complete assessments and work collaborativley with you to establish goals that will inform our treatment. The intake process can last from 1-3 sessions.

Individual therapy sessions are where you will learn psychoeducational information and practice strategies that will help change your relationship with anxiety and allow you to better pursue
your goals and values. I recommend starting with weekly sessions and tapering
as you start to benefit from treatment.

I am able to provide telehealth services to clients located in the following states:

I use a HIPPA Compliant video platform that is secure and very convenient.

I do not take insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is best to check with your insurance company to determine their reimbursement rates.
Major credit cards are accepted and will be charged the same day as your session.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours
(no shows and late cancellations) will be charged the full session rate.
